Many people believe that eternity will be boring because a perfect world will not keep their interest forever. One way that I have heard it said is that it would get boring hitting a hole in one every time you golf or a home run every time you play baseball.
However, this is not what Christianity means when it teaches that heaven will be perfect. Eternity will be perfect not because you will be perfect at everything, but because the bad things of this world (like disease, wars, broken hearts, or death) will cease to exist. That is why the New Earth will be perfect.
When Jesus returns and establishes the New Earth “he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” (Revelation 21:3-4)
